Dear Members,

As we head into an exciting new tennis year, please take note of the following club rules and courtesies. These are in place to ensure the smooth running of our club and a pleasant experience for everyone.

• No private cooler boxes or alcohol may be brought onto the premises. Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased from the clubhouse bar.
• Please settle your bar tab on the same day before leaving the club.
• Keep your account up to date. For your convenience, a debit order option is available.
• A R100 visitor fee is payable for all guests. A penalty will be applied if Members do allow visitors to enter for free and use our courts. Our courts need to remain profitable to serve members well, and also be fair to paying members.
• When playing in the evenings under the flood lights, please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise levels down.
• Keep the ablution facilities clean at all times.
• Clear all courts of consumables, tennis tins (especially the lids) after your game.
• Ensure that all gates are properly locked and lights switched off when leaving the premises.
• Dispose of all trash in the bins provided—not on the grass or courts.
• All coaching needs (all levels) can be serviced by our coaching Partner – see link on website. Unfortunately, no other private, group or formal coaching is allowed on our courts.

Let’s maintain a great club atmosphere, show respect for our facilities and neighbours, and support one another.
